SAMSUNG CSCDear Friends of the Spiritual Renewal Center,

Last night about 40 lovely people gathered at the Center to ask God’s blessing for our new home here on Lancaster Ave., and the work that will be done here. It was such a delight for me to greet friends of this work, old and new, as we came together in remembrance and hope and prayer.

It was especially moving for me in this month of September, which marks 36 years since we first opened our doors back in a little space above Rothschild’s drugstore on East Genesee St. At the time, I was a young single man in my twenties with a dream. I could never have imagined what God was to bring about from that little seed of a ministry. To say that I am grateful and in awe is an understatement.

Lots of hands and hearts have been instruments of God’s grace in growing the Spiritual Renewal Center from its infancy to this very fruitful maturity.

So from this newly blessed space I send you my sincerest thanks for your ongoing friendship and support. Our mission continues to unfold into the future because we have responded to God’s call together.

Gratefully, in Christ,

Jim Krisher
Director of the Spiritual Renewal Center
