This session is designed to be as much a dialogue as it is a presentation. Together, we will explore the dynamics between attachment (holding on) and detachment (letting go) from physical, psychological, social, emotional and spiritual perspectives. These two forces, often seen as opposites, are deeply interconnected and can be understood as a natural rhythm or dance within our lives. As we grow and evolve into our most authentic selves, especially in relationships with others, we can learn to navigate this dance with greater awareness, intention and grace.
