This spiritual support group is a sacred space for healthcare workers and first responders who carry the weight of caring for others in moments of crisis, trauma, and deep vulnerability. Together, we gather to reflect, pray, and share openly about the challenges and graces of this demanding work. Through guided conversation, contemplative practices, and mutual encouragement, participants are invited to tend to their own hearts, reconnect with their sense of calling, and find strength, hope, and renewal within a compassionate community that understands the unique burdens of frontline service.
