December offers chilly weather, shorter days and hours of holiday preparation. Likewise, Advent offers the gift of possibilities, the anticipation of new life and an invitation to bear light where there is darkness. Join retreat facilitator Meg Castellini as we take a closer look at the fulfillment of God’s promises and the hope we receive from Jesus’ promise to return. This retreat will shed light on how we prepare, keep watch, and actively take part in bringing life and light to our world.  Fee $40, please bring a bag lunch.

Meg Castellini has been leading retreats in the Central New York area for the past 16 years. Meg brings new meaning to scripture as she provides experiences which enrich our understanding and further our contemplation. Meg has served as a hospital chaplain and is currently using her gifts as communications specialist here at the Center.
