About the Event

This month-long retreat in daily life encourages participants to enter into the mystery of Resurrection faith.  We will draw from the wisdom of Scripture, daily life, and contemporary concerns as we walk the pilgrimage of faith with the Risen Christ.   Participants will be offered suggestions for prayer each day. We will also gather as a community of faith during five Tuesdays in the Easter Season. There will be an opportunity to share graces from private prayer during the previous week. Input will also be offered on a variety of Resurrection themes drawn from different spiritual writers.  On the final weekly gathering, there will be an opportunity for each retreatant to share how he/she has received Easter Graces during this pilgrimage with the Risen Christ. Suggested donation: $25 each week.

Themes for Each Week

1)  The Gospels, Theological Reflections, and Witnessing to Risen Life

2)  The Raising of Lazarus: ‘I am the Resurrection and the Life’

3)  The New Creation and the Risen Christ

4)  Joy, Hope, and Love: Inculcating Habits of the Heart

5)  Closing Session: ‘Contemplation to Attain the Love of God’ and Sharing the Graces of the Retreat
