What is prayer?  How do we pray; when do we pray; where do we pray; why do we pray and do we really pray?

In his book Rolheiser takes us from struggling in prayer to a more mature spiritual journey of listening to God’s heartbeat and making it our own.  We will reflect on our prayer life and how to have a healthy combination of consolation and challenge, grounding ourselves more spiritually in prayer and making ourselves whole.  His reflections on prayer help us change our feeling of emptiness to those of going into the deep, as Christ’s disciples were asked to do.
