Struggles in our spiritual journey are normal, but we often don't know what to expect or feel alone in them. Sometimes others even shame us for struggling spiritually, saying that if our faith was stronger we wouldn't be having doubts or feeling like God is far away. But the truth is, everyone of faith experiences spiritual struggles at some point in our lives, and there is nothing to be ashamed of when we experience difficulties on our spiritual journey, 

During our time together, we will explore the types of spiritual struggles that occur, and how to connect with God and others when we are struggling spiritually. Through Biblical examples and scientific studies, we will discover the typical categories of spiritual struggles and what to expect when experiencing each one.
