Please join the staff at the Spiritual Renewal Center for an extended Examen as we continue to deal with the implications of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Examen is a framework for prayer given by St. Ignatius Loyola in his Spiritual Exercises to help people perceive God working in their daily lives.

Many of us have been deeply affected, not only by the pandemic itself, but also the ongoing effects on our communities and relationships. This instructive prayer experience will help you identify ways in which your life has changed and get a sense of where God is leading you into the future. We will look deeply at our own lives and the world as it has been changed by the coronavirus, isolation, racism, climate change in particular over the past 18 months.
