A gathering to engage with how the body enriches our spiritual journey and well-being. This two-hour workshop will explore these themes through movement and reflection. The class will include a yoga practice, open to all levels of experience and ability. Bring a mat if you desire to have a floor-based practice; otherwise, a chair-based practice will also be an option. The fee is $30, and no one will be turned away for inability to pay.

The workshop will be led by Amy Aubrecht, MDiv. A certified yoga instructor with over 8 years of experience leading people to become more aware of their bodies, Amy has also received specialized training in adaptive yoga. She is a chaplain for elders in the Catholic Health System of Buffalo, NY.
